There are two thoughts on uploading documents for your PR VISA in IMMI Account. Some MARA Agents say that if you are uploading clear scan colored copies, you don’t need notarization. While other say, that Notarization of documents is essential. I feel there is no harm in uploading clear colored scanned and notized copies (I did the same). It just eliminates a CO contact in case your CO wants notarized copies.

Thank you so much, I will be preparing the document for the statutory declaration from my manager it would need a notary signature. Hopefully able to complete it by this weekend and start uploading for skill assessment.
