What does this status mean “Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed”.
The chances are high that Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed is a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) which means that your H1B application has probably been denied by USCIS.
With NOID, USCIS will give a chance to your employer to prove the reason as to why USCIS should not revoke your H1B.

I got this for my amendment. will it impact my h1b as well?
If " Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed" is for H1B Amendment, then it will affect only Amendment.
