I have some questions related to OCI and Visitor Visa for US minor
- Can we simultaneously apply for our kid’s OCI card and Tourist e-Visa?
- If we apply for an OCI card once we have an approved Tourist e-Visa, will there be any issues if we do an India trip while the OCI application is in the process?
- Can we have the OCI card shipped to India address (add India mailing address in the OCI application) while in India?
- Does the OCI card holder need a re-entry to India if visiting India on Tourist Visa and OCI card gets approved while in India? Once approved, how to transition to OCI?
