Here is my case status. Is anyone one the same boat?
Do I need interfiling since my PD is only current in EB-2? Please share your experience if you have gone through the same thing and what would you recommend I do next.
PD: March 2013
EB-2/I-140 approved by the same employer
Oct 27, 2020, EB-3 downgrade filing
EAD/AP received on May 2021
I-485 says fingerprint taken
EB-3/I-140 got approved on March 8, 2022 after an RFE.
