Then in this case, not much chances seeing VIC is not even open for offshore candidates now. Even if they do, there are offshore applicants waiting with 90+ points who are awaiting invitations. Higher the points, better the chances so now you can do the calculations.

I always thought Business Analyst codes get invite in 6-9 months. This is new to me. Did you reapply?
