Parents B1/ B2 Dropbox q

Hi,
My parents B1/B2 valid for 10 years is expiring in May 2024.
They are in Pune.
I have filled out the DS160 online for both.

Do we need to take any appointment for dropbox or is walkin possible?

Apart from DS160 confirmation and Passports and photographs, anything else need to be taken?

Dropbox appointment is mandatory.

Also, one q on the ds160.

My parents initial b1b2 app was rejwcted in 2011. Then a couple years later they applied again and received 10 year visa.

So in the ds160 when it asks if you have ever been refused a us visa, it it ok to mention “applied for b1b2 in 2011, but no specific reason for refusal was provided”?

I got the MRV fees paid. Now, when I am trying to schedule a date for drop box, it is allowing me to pick from mumbai/ kolkota/ delhi/ chennai/ hyderabad. ( Schedule OFC Appointment)

How can I select a premium drop off location (Pune) for the same?

What am i missing here? Please help…

For dropbox, you can drop your docs at any consulate/VFS center…
