Partner skill assessment expired

Hi,

My wife got pre invite for 190 victoria.

But my(partner) skill assessment was expired by the time we lodged our EOI. We didn’t know that skill assessment will have a expiry date. Without knowing that we claimed partner points as we got our skill assessment. We applied for assessment again few weeks back. We will get positive assessment within the 14 days time given by VIC to submit the documents.

My question is can we submit the new assessment document to them or will it be a problem as we didn’t have valid assessment during the time of EOI.

You should be fine. As long as you have a current valid assessment that does not reduce the points, you should be fine.
