I am working as a Software engineer and having a positive skill assessment as Software Engineer as well. I want to claim 5 points of my wife’s skill assessment in 190 Visa. She is working as a software tester and her occupation is on STSOL while mine is in MLTSSL.
Is it will be possible to claim 5 points for her positive skill assessment in software tester in the case of 190 Visa??
I have done some research and found that she should be on the same occupation list as me(Primary applicant) for 189 to claim that 5 points but am not sure about 190.
