My spouse has Australian PR ( he doesn’t live in australia currently) And is valid til 2022.

  1. can I apply for partner visa even though we both are staying outside Australia .
  2. if I apply , after the visa grant do I still need to travel to Australia to make first entry ( alone or have to travel with Spouse)
  3. if I apply Visa just 1 year before spouse 5 year term completes , am I still
    Eligible to get the visa considering it comes after my spouse PR expiry term
