I have applied for my renewal passport at NEW YORK. There was summons isuued in india on my name by the court , I do not have copy of summons, but i wrote the case number, court and law `and law and sections.
Summons was regarding ; When we were in collage in india , our parents filed a suite against collage that they are cheating on students. Now that case have hearing and judge ask all the students to appear in court for witness. as i am in india , my mother did not take summons.
i have submitted all other documents , do you guys thing there will be proble to renew US passport ?
Any advice is very appreciated
