Hi,
I am renewing my passport at the SF embassy.
I filled the Govt. form and vfs form and paid the fee,
however, I just realized that in the Other Address Details (US address) I forgot to put the state name (California), it is like : H. no, avenue name, city, Zip, USA
But no state name.
My other documents such as lease document, Annexure E, and the vfs form,
they have full correct address.
What should I do in this case?
Shall I
- Discard these form and start from scratch again and pay the fee again.
OR
- Write on a blank A4 that I missed state name in Other Address Details. and include that paper in my application packet
OR
- Do nothing and send my application.
Any application will be much appreciated.
