To renew Indian passport in the USA,

  • For Indian address proof, can I use my father’s Aadhar card copy?
  • Can I self attest this document or should my father self attest this?

If you are not changing your Indian address, you need not submit any proof. If you are changing, then yes, you can give your father’s Aadhar Copy (self attested).
