I just got an email saying the passport renewal is ineligible or rejected for following reason:
- Ineligible/Rejection Reason : Passport details blank
Anyone know how to go about this? Appreciate any assistance on this.

Look into your application if it was filled in entirety. Also, check if you sent all the docs (incl. passport copies) as per checklist.

I did kind of double/triple checked before mailing it in. Have sent all the documents as per the checklist. I guess I’ll have to wait for my application to return to see what was actually missing. Do you know if they give more details in the packet on what’s missing?
