I submitted my docs for passport reissue for Tatkal-60 pages in govt application and paid Tatkal fee on VFS. After I mailed my docs got email that they returning back because I have paid for Tatkal-36pages not Tatkal-60 pages. But on VFS website it didn’t shown any options for pages all it asked was is it Tatkal or Normal. I chosen correctly. Paid $300 for this. I sent mail to helpline. Does anyone aware of this kind of issue? Please help with your suggestions
