One of my friend has got the invite to lodge 190 visa in 60 days. His last date to lodge the visa is 15th Nov. 2022. However, the earliest appointment available for PCC on the passport website is 22nd Nov. 2022, which is after the last date to lodge the visa. Is there a way to get the PCC report before his last date to lodge visa? There is no option of Tatkaal available for PCC as of now. Will he be able to lodge the visa without the PCC report?
You can lodge the visa without PCC and submit it when case officer asks for it.
They do allow a delay in submitting PCC if there is a genuine reason and you can prove it.
