Pending H4 and H4EAD applications and doing H1B Transfer

My H1 was approved in March 2022 . My spouse’s H4 and H4EAD applications are pending with USCIS and she has valid H4EAD till Jan 2023 and valid H4/I-94 till Dec 2023. She is eligible to work on H4EAD till Dec 2023.

  1. I am going to file H1B transfer with new employer in June 2023. Could you please let me know if my new employer file H4 and H4EAD applications as well along with H1B transfer what will happen to pending H4 and H4EAD applications. Should we withdraw old applications? If yes when is the right time to retract them.

  2. I will be there with existing employer till July Mid so my employer will not retract my H1 till Mid July . In case my old H4 and H4EAD applications get approved what to do with newly filed H4 and H4EAD applications and any impact of that.
