Pending H4 EAD when new H1B is being filed in Premium

What happens to pending H4 EAD application if new H1b is done in premium? Will USCIS look at it when doing H1 approval ? No employer change, just a client change.

New H1B should not affect H4 EAD processing.

Usually they approve it together. Or there’s an option to email and get it approved faster.
