H4 extension and EAD filed separately and currently pending ,have a valid visa till oct 27 2025
1.can we go to Mexico update the i94 for EAD 540 days rule
2.what will happen to pending h4 extension and ead which are filed separately
What is your H4 i94 validity and was it shortened?
I mean why is H4 i94 expiry not same as H4 visa in passport?
Both h4 and EAD valid till 27 oct ,h4 extension pending from December 2024.i94 is also valid till 27 Oct 2025
