I filed PERM with a different company, and it is Approved now. My 6-year maxed out and believe only 2 months left unused and currently I am outside of USA . I would like to know what the options are for me to file or i140. Do I need to file new H1B and get the stamping done and come back to USA.
Do I need to be with the Employer when the i140 is filed . Please let me know , thanks in adance .
