Hi, my immigration team forwarded perm approval email from DOL on Monday but status is still pending, how long does it take to change the status from pending to approved?
My perm was filed on Nov 27 2019.
If your status shows as pending on am22tech but your Employer says its approved, then no need to worry.
Am22tech’s service uses DOL data only when they publish it and it is possible that they have not published it yet publicly.
