My PERM Audit response was uploaded online by the attorney, but after 3 months DOL claims that they have not received the response and my perm was denied on Sep 15. Attorney filed a motion to reconsider and filled a new PWD.
Do you guys have had such an experience? do I have any chances to get approved?
