PERM Job experience filling issues with overseas and US job experience for same employer and single experience letter

Hi
I’ve total 8 years of experience working in a Company A which has offices in India and US (US company is Parent and India company is Subsidiary). 8 years worked in India and 1 year in US. At my 6th year worked for 1 year in US, again went back and joined India company.

When I left the company A, they had given single experience letter on India letterhead and mentioned full time employee at Indian office for entire 8 years.

Now, Company B filing the Perm application
a) Should I specify past 8 years as single experience and give only Indian experience and address as per experience letter given by Company A

b) Should I split 7 years as India and 1 year as US but experience letter says full time employee at Indian office for total 8 years

Will there be an issue if option A is chosen for perm or i140
Which is better option, Please suggest

Option A seems to be better

Previously for DS160 and H1B mentioned 1 year of US experience also

Proceeding with Option A ( i.e., total exp. as Indian experience without mentioning 1 year US experience), Will it cause any issue for i140 approval or In future, for H1B or Stamping etc.

If they raise any issue in the future, you can explain that the Indian company sent you on a deputation to the US for 1 year but they still count it as working for the Indian parent company.

Hence, they have mentioned only the Indian company’s experience on paper.
