MY PERM got denied and my attorney mentioned they will submit the motion to reconsideration.
I would like to know how much of positive chances in getting approved. Does it also depends on the impact of the issue for the denial.
The denial is due to the input of only name and county of the school in educational section which is there practice and the rest is left blank.
Please let me know inputs.

Yes, the chances of appeal turning over the decision depends a lot on the reason for denial.
Your attorney is the best person to decide if its a cosmetic issue or a major one.
If they have decided to challenge the decision, then it most probably is a cosmetic issue.
