Hello Admin and Fellow members
Filed the ETA 9089 in first week of Oct-2021 and case still shows as pending in Analyst review Q.
Based on DOL site, 99% of October-21 and 75% of November-21 cases have been issued determination.
Is there a wait period before we can open an inquiry with DOL for status check of the ETA 9089? What else can we do to trigger a response from DOL.
