03/16/2020 Petition Withdrawn/Over 180 Days/Not Automatically Revoked

Company A filed my I140 and I am with company B and I will be moving to company C in 3 months.
Question:

  1. Is it mandate that my current employer B should apply for my I140 or I can move to Company C and file my I140.
  2. My wife h4 EAD got approved few days before and will it impact my wife work visa if I dont file my I140 with my present employer B.
  3. What should be my next action.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Narendran.

You can move to company C and then file i140 there.

You can keep using company A’s i140 to file H1B extension or H4 EAD even if company C does not file i140.
H4 EAD is not affected if it has already been approved and until USCIS explicitly revokes it.
