My I-94 expired last year due to passport expiry (even though the visa was valid for another year). I ended up filing nunc pro tunc petition which got approved allowing I-94 to be backdated to avoid any gap. I later filed for renewal of H1B visa, the visa renewal was approved and I just booked a dropbox appointment for next month. What is the likelihood of getting 221g because of issue mentioned above (even though the gap was addressed by nunc pro tunc petition)? Has anyone been in similar situation before?
