Hi , I have approved 140 with Employer ‘A’ and and recently i moved to Employer ‘B’ and now my PD will be current by the end of this year . My previous employer (A) is not ready to file i-485 and employer B still not started GC process. What are my options?.

Unfortunately you do need employer to sponsor employment based green card. Maybe you should talk to your ex-employer if they are ready to offer the same job as in your I-140 and if yes can you go back to work for them.
