Query for drop box eligibility(H1,H4(kid and Spouse))

I have below query for drop box facility:

I changed employer A to employer B.

Primary applicant(H1b) has below I797 approval notices:
1.with employer A until Sept 2022.
2.with employer B until Jan 2024.

Dependents H4(Spouse and kid)

  • Spouse has I797 approved with employer A until Sept 2022.
  • Kid has stamped visa with employer A, until Sept 2022.

Does we all three eligible for drop box criteria. Please help me on this.

Yes all of you should be, however note that it is at discretion of the consulate.
