Question about Form I-539:

  1. Are you an applicant for an immigration visa?
  2. Has an immigration petition ever been filed for you?

— I didn’t apply for any immigration visa. But when my spouse filed the I-140 and included me as a dependent spouse in this petition.

– My answers: 1. No and 2. Yes.

Could anyone tell me whether I’m correct or not? Thank you in advance.

As per my opinion, both should be answered as ‘No’.
