Question on Partner Skills for 190 Visa application

I have a doubt on Partner skills for 190 Visa application (Final invite).
Page 15
They are asking this question below :
Partner skills
Is this applicant claiming partner skills points? Yes or No

In my case I claiming only 5 points for her Competent English. She is a homemaker, so I didn’t do any assessment.
Doubt is when I clicked on Question mark they have mentioned as attachment.
Note : I cannot select yes as it is asking for ACS information for her. Only option is No, but is that ok even when I have I claimed 5 points for her English?

Please help.
Thanks in advance

Skills assessment and English points should be counted separately. Try saying no and move ahead.

If you are only claiming partner points for Competent English for your wife and she is a homemaker without a skills assessment, you typically do not need to select “Yes” for claiming partner skills points in the context of the 190 Visa application. The question seems to be geared towards applicants who are claiming points for their partner’s skills assessment, which usually requires providing detailed ACS (Australian Computer Society) information. Since you are only claiming points for her English proficiency and not her skills assessment, selecting “No” should be appropriate in your case.
