Hi,
On the ARN form at the Spouse name location, I wrote my spouse’s name with her father’s last name. (that is how In her passport.)
On the marriage certificate, it says before marriage with her Father’s last name and after marriage, it shows as it is changed to my last name, with a photo at the bottom.
Do both need to be matched? or will that be fine?
