My H1 Visa is expiring December 2024 , I never travelled to US with the firm that initially sponsored my Visa. However I did an h1 transfer and received approval notice(797) which expires December 2026. Can i opt-in for a visa renewal at this point of time, the intention is to extend the Visa expiry until 2026 and have hassle free travel for two/three years ? Appreciate for your suggestions.
