I was issued 221g Blue slip back in 2017 at Chennai Consulate and Visa was refused , the same petition was used by different employer for H1 cap exempt and USCIS has approved the petition, I have scheduled Visa appointment next month. Curious to know odds of getting visa stamped this time, I did have all of necessary documents previous time as well, but not sure why I was given 221g. Will prior 221g affect my current interview/application?
