I am on h1b. I got approved in Feb 2022. But still i didn’t receive my approval notice from USCIS. My employer has written a letter to uscis requesting a copy of i797. So can anyone tell how long uscis will take to respond to the letter? Is there any possible way so that I can bring my family back to usa where they got struck due to this issue. They couldn’t get stamping. Is there any ways I can bring them? Need all your suggestions… Thanks in advance…
