I expedited my i485 for medical emergency and it got approved on August 25th.
On September 6th USCIS announced that they do not have any more visas to issue during the current financial year in a case vs madhavan in court.
My priority date is September 2014.
Is there any chance of the i485 getting approved in this financial year?
This is is wierd in the sense the expedite request is approved after they looked at the documentation.
