Hello , Can any one please help me with the situation below.
I am on H4 visa and my I-94 is expired on Sep 30 2024. I filed for my H4 extension on 9/20 and on 9/27 i received the packet back from uscis stating this cannot be accepted since packet was received in damaged condition. But we did not notice the courier returning back to us from uscis until recently and I am out of status now.
We filed for H4 extension on NPT case providing the proof of documents which we couriered on time and it was not accepted due to damaged condition. Can anyone suggest what are the approval chances for the H4 extension and How can we proceed further on this. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I think you have a strong case and you should get H4 extension approval easily with NPT.
