Regarding H4 visa stamping after h4 extension

Hi All,

I have a question regarding h4 visa stamping.

Current visa is valid: until September 30, 2024

H4 extension approved on July 2024: July 5th,2024 to June 2027.

On September 1st, I traveled to India and returning back to USA before September 30, 2024.

Do we need to go h4 visa stamping if my current visa is valid until September 30, 2024?

You should be able to enter the US as long as the visa is valid on the date of entry.

During port of entry, I need to show h4 extension approval notice along with current visa( sep 30, 2024) right?

H4 i94 date should be updated to match the H1B validity date

H4 approval notice is not required when you are trying to enter the US.

Your H4 visa stamp in the passport and the H1B approved i797 would be needed to get longer H4 i94.
