I am applying for a passport reissuance in lieu of a damaged passport and plan to use the postal application method with my own courier label.
I would like to use the Digital Photo Service, but I do not see any option to select or pay for Value Added Services in my application. The section is visible, but no services are available for me to choose.
Does anyone know about -

Is the Digital Photo Service available for postal applications? If yes, how do I opt for and pay for it?

If the service is not available for postal submissions, is there an option to walk in and submit my application in person to use this service?
