Renew expired B1/B2 visa for parents

My parents visitor visa expired in may 2019 and it couldnt be renewed due to covid , can I renew it still with interview waiver? Since the cases are sTill up in India/Delhi.Also that now I have a GC unlike before.

Yes you can. The IW is valid till 31st December.

Thanks so much . I guess the forms are goung to be same even though my status changed from h1 to GC???

Correct, your status has nothing to do with your parents visa.
