I have a situation that My previous visa was approved as L1 Blanket which is expired on Nov. 6 2021.
I gets approval of L1 Blanket petition effective from Nov 7 , 2021 (next day of previous expiration ) with I-797 & I-129S.
I took appointment via CGI portal where I choose VISA CLASS as L1 Blanket . I didn’t face any DROPBOX waiver questions and once I select date and time at OFC page it gives me Appointment confirmation. It means I am eligible for Dropbox ? I called Customer care and they gives mixed answers few said yes you are eligible for drop box , 2 says that no it was any system error so you cancel your appointment , send this appointment confirmation and first and last page of your passport. we will make some change in your profile and than you will be able to book regular appointments. I send email with all documents but no response.so I am confused . My current appointment is on April 3rd , 2022 at Delhi. Please suggest.
