Reschedule appointment error - applicant's appointment is on a closed scheduled day

Hi ,

I went to drop box appointment, but the team said am not eligible, and reschedule option enabled after 48 hours. Below error message shows when I trying reschedule it? can you please advise on this?

“applicant’s appointment is on a closed scheduled day”

I am in the similar situation–did you get any help on how to move past this?

Close and start new application.
