Return of Petition

Hi ,
Can anyone help me understand the below email .

I am a first time H1 B applicant and I have recieved this.
I have recieved 221g Admin processing during interview , later employer and client got emails and have responded accordingly.

My employer has not recieved any communication regarding the below .
Since this may take longer, the employer now says they would withdraw petition.
what happens if petition is withdrawn by employer in this scenario ?
Why have I recieved such email?

Please suggest

This letter is to inform you that the petition used as a basis for your H-1B visa application has been returned to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for review and possible revocation. Your visa application has been refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Because USCIS’s review may result in the revocation of the petition, no action will be taken on your visa application until that review is complete. If you or the petitioner have questions while review is ongoing, such questions should be directed to USCIS.

Most probably, US visa officer found some fraud in your application and has sent it to USCIS for revocation.

Your employer will receive a notice from USCIS if USCIS agrees with the visa officer.

If USCIS doesn’t agree, they will send the positive feedback to visa officer and then your visa may be approved by US embassy.

Things don’t happen as quickly as you might think.

It may take weeks or months before your employer gets the notice from USCIS, if they want to revoke the approved H1B petition.

Your employer/client are at liberty to withdraw the petition if they think so or can’t wait.

Thanks Anil.
Now, what happens to my application/petition that is in review by USCIS :frowning: ?

Will I lose the chance of reaffirmation by USCIS as all my docs are 100% legit?
