I am planning to take a break and go to india for 6 months but wanted to return to USA after that period. I got h1b extension done valid until 2027 but i need stamping which i will get it done as soon as i go to india.
As per current immigration environment is concerned, would there be any issues while returning back at POE etc. I understand its hard to predict what will happen but based on your experience, have you heard any recent cases where people got stuck due to a gap?
FYI will return under same employer.
