Second H1 transfer in parallel when joined the first employer on receipt

I was on 60 days grace period. Initiated H1B transfer to Employer A before 60 days and joined them on receipt. The case is in progress in normal processing.

Now after 60 days, I got an offer from Employer B. I like to join them.

Can B initiate a H1 transfer too?. Or have to wait till the transfer with A is completed since i joined them on receipt?
