Should the PERM & I-140 process restart for location change?

Hi,

I have an approved I-140 with my employer for a location A (White plains,NY ) with a PD August 2018 EB2 category.
If I move to location B (Cary, NC) with the same employer and in the same position,
I know H1-B amendemant needs to file before move.
and I know my priority date becomes current will take many more years ( not soon )

Q1) should the PERM & I-140 process restart for location B (Cary, NC)?

Q2) If we speicify both location A & location B in LCA during amendemant, still need to restart PERM & I-140 process ?

If your employer is okay to offer you the job at location A in future (when you get GC), then there is no need to file it again.

Actually, now they are filing LCA for my H1-B amendment , and in that both Location A (White plains,NY ) & Locaton B(Cary, NC) addresses spcifiing, becuase ocassinaly will go and work in Location A as well.
I hope in this case fine right
