Hi!! I filed I140 and I485 concurrent in April and received all the receipts. Can I upgrade SII I-140 amendment in premium processing ? I haven’t recevied my bio metric letter yet.
I dont think so unless the original PERM is in name of the employer filing the I-140.
What did your attorney say?
You can try filing PP and see if it goes through, atmost they will reject but nothing to lose
