Hi I’m currently at 90+5 for NSW 190 visa (applied October 21st). In January I will have completed my 1-year experience and will have (95+5) points. What would my chances be of invite before April 1st 2022 when my current visa is set to expire? I’ve also applied for 491 visa as well.
Also, would it be wise to convert to a Student visa around March?
NSW 190 visa requires 3 years work experience as of Dec 2021. So with your 1 year experience, I don’t believe you qualify for NSW 190 invitation.
491 is still a possibility but as of this month, 491 stream 2 and 3 also requires 3 years work experience. You can try 491 stream 1 but some regions have their quota filled already so be wary of that as well.
I am in a similar situation as well, waiting for 491 invite now.
