My wife is having visa status as L2S (Class of Admission) in I-94 as my dependent. Please confirm in the below.
1). Whether she can start working now without getting her EAD.
2). Also, my EB1C is in process. I140 is approved. I485/I765/I131 are still pending. If she has started working whether it will have any impact on EB1C process.
