Current Approved I797 End Date : Mar-2024
New Extension if approved will come till - Mar-2027.

Can I travel in Dec-2023

  1. one valid approved I-797 till Mar 2024.
  2. Should have one valid approved I-797 till Mar 2027.

Q1. Can consulate will give me visa till Mar2027 or will issue till Mar2024.
Q2. if they give till Mar 2027 then do they stamp two Visas ?
Q3. What are the complications?
Q4. Any problem at POE?
