Stamping of two Visa H1B and H4 on same passport

Hi Team,

I am currently on H4 status (H4 visa stamped) , I am also got h1b approval for consulate processing.
Also my spouse is getting my H4 extension.

My question is how can i go to consulate and get both H4 and H1b Stamping together ?
I heard that if i apply H4 then officer will cancel my H1 visa (and vise versa)

What is the process to apply both together ?

As far as I know, you will need to apply for separate visa types separately. Basically, pay visa fee separately and then schedule appointment for each visa type.
